ImageLeaving for a vacation, going on retreat or taking time off all benefit our success.  We often hear stories from owners or managers about miracles that are created when they are away.  That is not a coincidence.

We all get stuck in routines and ways of being that do not support our success and that we are unconscious to.  We live in our habits that are such automatic ways of being that we loose awareness and focus going through our days almost blindly in a routine. We can easily go through the entire day with only superficial intention.  Sometimes we have a more thoughtful intention but nothing changes because we don’t change.  We continue in our routine day after day becoming more and more unconscious.

Time off is a way to get out of our routines and to break up some of our habits and patterns but not necessarily.  Some automatic ways of being are so ingrained that we are not aware of them or that they may be the very thing in the way of our success.

To create real change we have to get out of our automatic and unconscious ways of being especially if it does not serve us.  A common example is relying on the same way of thinking even if you are not achieving your goal.  Pursuing the same strategies over and over again without achieving the desired outcomes.  Going day after day without changing our space and hoping for things to be different.  If nothing changes then nothing changes.

During the Women Achieving Goals (WAG) Retreats the first and most important part is to get our energy out of where we are on a day to day basis and bring our energy back to us in present time in the retreat.  This takes the first few days to accomplish using meditation.   Being with other women running their female creative energy helps pull our energy out of our routine and have it available in present time.

The second important aspect is to get out of our thoughts.   Thoughts are creative and our thinking is often really wrong.  There is so much research about how our thinking easily becomes distorted and yet we believe what we think!  So coming out of our thinking and just being in present time is the next and essential way to create change.  In general we are so deeply in our pictures (our way of thinking) that we don’t even know that we are stuck. We are set in our ways!

WAG retreats are designed for women to

  • get away from everything that we do
  • stop whatever we are doing and retreat
  • get out of the energy we are in
  • pull our energy out of where ever it is
  • be in the vibration of female creative energy
  • heal our space
  • let go of our thinking
  • pull our energy  out of our thinking

We have to create a space to stop or else we keep creating where we are now (personally and professionally) which is fine if this is precisely what we want.  If we want more, something different, something else then we have to stop and change our space (our energy and our thinking).

Change your energy and your thinking to focus on what you want now.

Best wishes on your success,  Kay
