Meditation is an established way to create change personally, professionally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is also one of the core techniques for learning to use your intuition. Meditation is also a way to clear our thinking, release stress and gain perspective. Each meditation begins with one half-hour of basic meditation. The second half-hour is focused on using meditation to create change. There is a different theme each month designed to support your success.
