Retreats for Women

Enjoying each day to the fullest and having everything you want IS impossible! I have been conducting retreats for women for the past 27 years, using intuition and meditation to achieve goals. Many women use them as a time of renewal and attend again and again.

InSight Intuitive Consulting are for women who:

  • Are bored, in a routine , or not really happy where they
  • Want to stop the treadmill and make a change
  • Are stuck, afraid to make any changes, or feel immobilized
  • Want to unstuck, take a risk and breathe easier
  • Know what they want but are not sure how to get there
  • Have a major life change: empty nest, job change, divorce, financial or medical crisis, etc.

Retreats for women who want to take the time to:

  • validate where they have been
  • know where they are now
  • create their vision for what’s next!

Retreats include daily goals and intuitive meditation workshops, gentle morning Tai Chi and Yoga exercise, a individual intuitive reading of your goals, shared meals and accommodations. Afternoons are to experience quiet time on the beach or in the woods reflecting on where you have been, where you are now and where you are going. You may want adventures and challenges (kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, sailing) that reminds you that there are no limits to what you can accomplish!

InSight Intuitive Consulting Retreat Options:

* A 10 day retreat where you can get away to a resort in the tropics and really sort through your life, clear the clutter of your mind and be clear.

* A weeklong retreat where you can take the time to just stop and regroup, relax and reset your path. (Need current info) October 2008 in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in a home on the beach.

* A weekend retreat to relax, reconnect with what you enjoy and reset the goals you have already set for yourself taking the time to notice what is distracting you or grabbing your attention.

Retreats Generally Include:

* Daily Goals workshops with intuitive meditation

* Women Achieving Their Goals workbook

* Gentle morning exercise class to get the energy moving in the body as a way to get energy moving in our lives (Tai Chi and Yoga)

* One hour personal intuitive reading with Kay on your goals
